2-3 times a week. Gradually increase frequency as your skin builds tolerance.
1: Hydrating Face Wash: Cleanse thoroughly to remove the day’s SPF and impurities.
Wait 20 Minutes (Crucial): Ensure your face is completely bone-dry before applying tretinoin. Applying it to damp skin increases absorption too quickly and can cause intense irritation.
2: Retinoid Depigmenting Cream: Apply a pea-sized amount for the entire face. Dot it on your forehead, cheeks, and chin, then spread thinly, avoiding the corners of the mouth, nostrils, and eyes.
3. Hydrating Facial Serum: soothing moisturizer to help your skin barrier repair overnight
The “Sandwich Method” (For Beginners): * If your skin is sensitive, apply a thin layer of moisturizer before the Retinoid dipigmenting cream, wait for it to dry, apply the tretinoin, and then apply another layer of moisturizer on top.
